I Was Emailed From Your Fraud Department Asking For My ID and Card Used. Why Was This? 
This day in age fraudulent activity has increased tremendously and we have taking the extra steps to protect you and us as a company. If your shipping and billing addresses do not match we will request that you provide us a copy of your ID and the card you used to purchase the order.
