ABOUT DELIVERY
Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order. In most cases, items will ship within 1-2 days from the date the order was placed, however, there may be times when order volumes can be higher than expected at certain times of the year. If you order a small package it will ship in our 3-day shipping class.
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS
Your shipping address must match your billing address. All orders will be cancelled if the shipping and billing address does not match.
LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECEIVED ITEMS
Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. You may check your status on USPS.COM. AmberJe' Collections will not be responsible for any lost/stolen, weather-related damage or delays.
Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim.
All orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost. If your order is valued at more then $50.00 and you would like to increase the insurance amount please contact us via email at amberjecollections@gmail.com. Increasing the package insurance will be an additional cost.
